Patty S. Parson, 71, of Quincy, Kentucky went to be with her Lord, Nov. 25, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Quincy, Kentucky Dec. 27, 1945, a daughter of the late Charles Carver and Virginia Oney Carver.

Preceded in death by three sisters, Phyllis Farris, Joyce Carver and Daphine Moore, three brothers, Dean Carver, Jimmy Carver and Kenneth Carver.

Surviving are her husband, Leonard Carl Parson to whom she married Oct. 29, 1962, one son, Carl E. Parson and one daughter, Peggy Rister and one son-in-law, Joe Rister both of Quincy, Kentucky, three brothers, Randy Carver of Crestlawn, Ohio, Jack Carver of Galion, Ohio and Dick Carver of Mansfield, Ohio, two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Brother Jack Carver, officiating. Burial will follow in Granny Thomas Cemetery, Garrison, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 A.M. till the Funeral hour on Wednesday.
