Jacqueline D. 'Jackie' Lowder

Jacqueline D. "Jackie" Fore Lowder, 70, of South Shore, KY., passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. She was born April 21, 1953 in Chicago, IL. a daughter of the late Floyd Edwin and Alka Ruby Smallwood Fore.

She was a retired Hospital Administrator from SOMC and Pikeville Medical Center

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one brother-in-law James Smith.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 51 years Winford Lowder; two daughters, Kinda (Travis) Lowder Hall of FL., and Carey (Nick) Lowder Cedillo of Houston, TX; one brother, Michael (Delilah) Fore of South Shore, KY; one sister, Gwen Smith of South Shore, KY; six grandchildren, Jacqueline Laurito, Nina Laurito, Anthony Laurito, Carmen Laurito, Gabriel Laurito and Colton Hall. Also several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

At Jacqueline’s request there will be a private memorial service at a later date. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., are caring for arrangements.
