Goldie A Rawlins

Goldie A. Rawlins, 92 of Portsmouth, Ohio, Passed away July 15, 2018 in Portsmouth Health Rehab. She was born Greenup County, KY, Aug. 30, 1925, a daughter of the late Jake Riley and Polly Helton Riley. Goldie was of the Pentecostal Faith.

Preceded in death by two husbands, William H. Kelley and Arthur Rawlins, one son, David Kelley, one daughter, Charlotte Melton.

Surviving are one daughter, Carol Shump of Portsmouth, Ohio, four sons, John H. Kelley of Rochester, IN, Billy Kelley of Dona Vista, FL, Donald Kelley of Ill and Ronald Kelley of Monticello, IN, fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 12 Noon on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 with Rev. Norman Potter, officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens in South Portsmouth, Ky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 9 A.M. till the Funeral Hour at 12 P.M.
