Glen Slaughter, 85, of South Shore, KY., passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at his residence. He was born December 29, 1932 in Union City, TN., a son of the late Herman and Padie Littlejohn Slaughter.
Glen was a retired Machine Setter from Ford Motor Company.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Dorothy Colleen Bradshaw.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife Linda Louise Slaughter whom he married March 25, 1978, two sons Gary (Vickie) Slaughter of Plymouth, MI., and Cory (Nicole) Brown of South Shore, KY., five daughters Glenda (Steve) Charron of Marysville, WA., Joann Slaughter of Plymouth, MI., Cathy (John) Blair III of Turner, MI., Vanessa (Ryan) Diegel of Mesick, MI., and Amanda Slaughter of Oak Harbor, WA., thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Graveside services will be 1:30 P.M. December 26, 2018 at Brown Mountain Cemetery in Greenup, KY., with Rev. Edward Messer officiating. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY are in charge of arrangements.
