Aneita Blanche Taylor Tipton Rossiter, 91 of Wheelersburg, Ohio passed away April 30, 2023, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on Clay Ridge in Greenup County, Kentucky on February 10, 1932, a daughter of the late Howard and Tava (Holbrook) Taylor.  She attended McKell High School, was a homemaker, mother of four, and co-owner of The Sweet Shoppe in Sciotoville and The Bluebird Bakery in New Boston, and owner of the Old Mill Inn restaurant in Chesterville, Ohio.

Preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Earl Tipton, and her second husband Virgil Rossiter, she was also preceded by her two loving daughters Lorri Lee Tipton and Cynthia Louise Tipton Bright, her stepson Daniel Allen Tipton, her sisters Lucinda Taylor Sexton and Beulah Reedy Shepherd, and her brothers John, Aubrey and Verlan Reedy.

Surviving are two daughters, Vicki Ann Tipton Evans (Jerry) of Wheelersburg, Ohio, and Karen Sue Tipton Bailey (HL) of Huntington, WV, son-in-law Philip Bright (Cyndi) three grandsons Jason Wesley Evans, Dr. James Drew Bailey (Rachel), Gavan Johnstone (Alexandra), seven granddaughters Jessica Renee Evans Triplett (Justin), Brittaney Paige Bailey, Tara Nicole Bailey Burton (Jon Boso), Allie Bright (Patrick), Rosie Bright, Sophie Bright and Jessica Bright (Patrick). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren Jude and Jett Triplet, Bryson, Addison, and Gracin Bailey, Dakota McGhee and Robert Qade Adkins, Sydney Burton, Hailley Parsons (Ben), and Nicolas Clutters (Emily), and three great-great grandchildren, Darcy and Declan Parsons, and Harrison James Clutters.  The very special friends who completed her world are Darlene Rife, Tish Reedy and Danny Pigg, and a host of friends and family who surrounded her with love.

She lived life with joy and enthusiasm, and at 91 was still working in her flower garden with that old hoe, attending music shows and dancing at Whitey’s in Wheelersburg and at The Red Barn with the Country Time Band in Waverly, Ohio.

We will miss her laugh, her stories, and her presence, but we rest easy knowing that she is in the arms of Jesus.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Evangelist Dr. James Spinnati officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8pm on Wednesday May 3,2023 and one hour before the service time on Thursday.
