Obituary
Yvonne Parks, 96 of South Shore Kentucky passed away on Monday, September 26th 2016. She was born on August 11, 1920 in Portsmouth Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Tate and Sarah Catherine Smith Sparks. Yvonne was an avid bowler and homemaker. Together with her late husband, Herbert "Sparky" Parks, owned the former Tri-Angle Drive-in Restaurant. Mrs. Parks was preceded in death by her husband, a brother Brooks Sparks, a sister-in-law Betty Sparks and one son Jerry Parks. Surviving are one son Troy (Denise) Parks, two daughters Becky (Delbert) Hudson, Gypsie (Don) Wireman, one daughter-in-law Dorothy Parks, and 11 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren. Friends may call on September 29th at Roberson's Funeral Home from 10:00 am until the funeral services at noon. Burial will follow services at Brick Union Cemetery, Lloyd Kentucky.
