Winford Roach, 67, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Jan. 24, 2015 at his residence. He was born Nov. 1, 1947 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, a son of the late Hubert McGlone and Juanita Roach. Winford was a US Navy Veteran serving in the Vietnam War, Private Pilot and enjoyed classic cars, also was a Father, Husband and Pappie. Surviving are his wife, Reda Renah Roach to whom he married, July 20, 1978, three daughters, Crystal Cambell, Claudia McPherson and Stacey Nuthman, two sons, Jason Roach and George Roach, two brothers, Danny McGlone and Robert McGlone, five sisters, Patricia Lambert, Carolyn Sharp, Brenda Hartley, Rhonda Ash and Cathy Lewis, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Preceded in death by two sisters, Lillian Kortina and Clara May Waters. Funeral Services will be held 12:30, Jan. 27, 2015 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Bob Sweeney, officiating. Burial will follow in Veterans Cemetery North East, Grayson, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M. on Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 and from 11 A.M. till the funeral hour on Tuesday.
