Vivian Lou Penix Pennington, 71, of South Shore, KY., passed away Monday, April 22, 2024 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., October 6, 1952 a daughter of the late William Jack and Christine Clay Penix.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Ray Pennington and one brother, Roger Penix.

Left behind to cherish her memory are three daughters, Stacy (Keith) Nylund of Portsmouth, OH., Stephanie (Harold) Kuhn of Haverhill, OH., and Sasha Pennington of South Shore, KY; five grandchildren, Morgan (Deven) VanBibber, Lexi Kuhn, Quentin Nylund, Jonathan Adkins and Randi Kent; four brothers, Doug Penix, Steve Penix, Terry Penix and Jeff Penix; four sisters, Billie Floyd, Brenda Clary, Kista Childers and Judy Greenfield. Along with several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Deven VanBibber officiating. Burial will follow at Jamison Cemetery in Garrison, KY. Visitation will be Friday, April 26, 2024 at the funeral home from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and from 10 A.M. until the service hour on Saturday.
