Virginia D. Webb, 95, of South Shore, Kentucky went to be with her Lord, May 3, 2023 in South Shore Nursing and Rehab. Virginia was born in South Shore, Sept. 3, 1927, a daughter of the late Kirk VanHoose and Berta Saylers VanHoose. She was a long time member of the South Shore Church of God.

Preceded in death besides her parents are her husband Omer Glenn Webb, 2014, brothers, Steve, Bill and Jack VanHoose, sisters, Genevieve Macintosh, Velma Demski and Jane VanHoose.

Surviving are four children, Randy (Randy) Webb of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, Steve (Billie) Webb of Buffalo, Kentucky, Frances Webb of South Shore, Kentucky and Mary Jane (Vince) Carpenter of Hodgenville, Kentucky, grandchildren, Robin (David) Lawhorn, Ginny (TJ) Nelson, Herbie (Pamela) Gammon, Tyler Webb Swanner, Taylor Carpenter, Stethen Carpenter, Jackson Carpenter, Evan (Kristin) Webb and Zoie Webb, great-grandchildren, Ashley Kate Lawhorn, Austen Nelson, Brady Nelson, Kaia Gammon, Brick Gammon, Major Johnson, Asher Webb and Evelyn Webb.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the South Shore First Church of God on Main Street with Pastor Donny McKenzie, officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore. Friends may call from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
