Ginny Ratliff Potts, 49, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away, August 22, 2019 in Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born in Portsmouth, April 25, 1970, a daughter of Ina Rogers Ratliff and the late Sam Ratliff Jr.

Surviving are her husband, Rick Potts, two sons, Joshua (Bridget) Groves of Hamersville, Ohio, Todd Allen (Amy) Riddle II of West Portsmouth, Ohio, mother, Ina Ratliff of Portsmouth, Ohio, two brothers, Sam (Tonya) Ratliff of Lincolnton, NC, Jamie (Becky) Ratliff of South Shore, Kentucky, one sister, Tosha Clark of Portsmouth, Ohio, two step brothers, Kelly (Sydonna) Cooley of South Shore, KY, Robert (Christina) Cooley of West Portsmouth, Ohio, four grandchildren, Samuel Thomas Riddle, Mary Beth Riddle, Seth Avery Groves and Temperance Lilly Groves.

Memorial service will be held 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Norman Potter, officiating. Friends may call at the Funeral home from 4 p.m. till the service hour at 5 p.m. on Saturday. Burial will follow at a later date.
