Thomas David Hensley, 62, of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026, at his residence in South Shore, Kentucky. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona, on 26 September, 1962, to Joan Kay Frankenfield Rohla and the late David Leon Hensley.

Thomas was a former Dirt Bike Racer; he was the Arizona State Champion with the ADRA in 1982 and a member of the Portsmouth Motorcycle Club.

Left to cherish his memory, along with his mother, is his wife and companion Melva Lee Hensley, one daughter Brandie Marie (James) Howell of Bremerton, Washington, son Rex (Tabitha Houston) Hensley of South Shore, Kentucky, stepson Todd S. (Renee) Garman JR, of Louisa, Kentucky, thirteen grandchildren, along with one sister Lynn Kay Pierson of Paulden, Arizona, and many friends who will greatly miss him.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Welcome Home Christian Fellowship Church in Lucasville, Ohio. Roberson Funeral Home, located in South Shore, Kentucky has been entrusted with his care.
