Shirley Jane Rigley Dillow Setser, 88, of Portsmouth, OH., passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., September 3, 1935 a daughter of the late Elmer and Virginia Winters Rigley.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Earl Dillow; second husband, Harry Setser; three brothers and four sisters.

Left behind to cherish her memory are two sons, Kevin Dillow of Brookville, IN., and Keith Dillow of Tampa, FL; one sister, Janet Workman of Portsmouth, OH; four grandchildren, one great grandchild and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be 1 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Kenneth Estep officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace, OH. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday at the funeral home from 12 P.M. until the funeral hour.
