Shelia G. Marcum,62, of Portsmouth, OH., passed away October 10, 2013 in SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. She was born June 21, 1951 a daughter of the late Frank J. Sexton and Gay Cooper Sexton. Preceded in death by three brothers Frank A. Sexton, Roger Sexton, and Greg Sexton. Surviving is her husband Larry E. Marcum whom she married March 24, 1984. She is also survived by three daughters Shannon "R.D." Ishmael, Jacalyn "Aron" Rowland both of Portsmouth, OH., and Loretta Marcum of West Portsmouth, OH., two sons Larry Marcum JR. and Brian (Buddy) Jones both of Portsmouth, OH., three brothers Larry "Judy" Sexton of Wheelersburg, OH., Charles "Carrie" Sexton of Pedro, OH., and David Sexton of Sciotoville, OH., one sister Dianna "Joe" Doughty of Wheelersburg, OH., eleven grandchildren Camrie, Jesse, Casie, and Brandon Marcum, Shane Howell, Johnathon, Joshua, and Joslynn Ishmael, Aron II and Shaylia Rowland, adopted grandson Derek Campbell, two great grandchildren Kimberly Jones and Makenna Jones. Funeral Services will be 1 P.M. Monday, October 14, 2013 at the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church in South Shore, KY., with Rev. Paul Hagen, officiating. Friends may call at the church from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M. Sunday, October 13, 2013 and from 11 A.M. till the funeral hour on Monday.
