Sandra Melvin, 74, of South Shore, KY, passed away Jan. 29, 2021 in SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in South Shore, KY, Nov. 28, 1946, a daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Ernestine Warnock Taylor.

Preceded in death besides her parents are her husband, Larry Melvin and a grandson, Tony Whitt Jr.

Surviving are three daughters, Pam (Jerry) Horton of McDermott, Ohio, Tina (Tony) Whitt of Portsmouth, Ohio and Vickie Melvin of South Shore, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Kristina Horton, Julia Huffman, Tabbie Whitt, Devin Melvin and Dakota Melvin, one great grandchild, Emerson Blanton.
