Sandra Kilcoyne , 65, of West Portsmouth, OH., passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 17, 1953 in Portsmouth, OH., a daughter of the late Hubert and Judy Penix Nelson.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Patrick Kilcoyne whom passed away June 28, 2013, one brother Mike Nelson and one sister Bonnie Nelson.

Surviving are two daughters Melissa (Henry Riley) Dunn of Lucasville, OH., and Angela Ramey of West Portsmouth, OH., two brothers Tom Nelson and Ronnie Nelson both of South Shore, KY., two sisters Patty Reynolds of OK., and Susan Pope of Firebrick, KY., two grandchildren Ashley (Michael Hopper) Dunn and Julia Adkins, five great great grandchildren Brooklyn, Brayley, Bentley, Brycen and Phoenix.

Funeral Services will be 1 P.M. Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Rev David Robirds officiating. Burial will follow at MT. Ebo Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and one hour before the service on Friday.
