Rosemary Bruce Bartee, 83, of West Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away, Dec. 3, 2021. She was born Dec. 12, 1937 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Ralph E. Bruce and Eva Burchett Bruce.

She lived most of her life in Saint Paul, Kentucky and Columbus, Ohio. She was a graduate of Lewis County High School and the former Portsmouth Business College.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland E. Bartee, a son, Gregory Bartee and step father, Paul E. Porter.

Surviving are one grandson, Jason Jennings and wife, Lauren, two great-grandchildren, Tyler and McKenzie Jennings, special friends, Michelle and Rocky Rowe.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth W. Potter, officiating. Burial will follow in the Greene Cemetery, St. Paul, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
