Ronald Edward James Jr., 54, a former South Shore, Kentucky resident, passed away Feb. 28, 2017 in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio Jan. 2, 1963, a son of the late Ronald E James Sr. and Cora Louisa Horner. Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the Family.
