Roger Cooper, 72, of Wheelersburg, OH., passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in South Shore, KY., July 14, 1951 a son of the late Jesse and Dorsie Cremeans Cooper.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one son, Kevin Cooper and one brother, Jack Cooper.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his fiancé Linda Stump; one daughter, Vicki (Marty) Moore of South Shore, KY; one brother, Rick (Robin) Cooper of Wheelersburg, OH; two sisters, Glenna (Jim) Lybrook of West Portsmouth, OH., and Rita (Carl) McRae of Lancing, MI; four grandchildren, Jeremy (Saule) Moore, Jeffrey Moore, Shaeleigh Moore, Mathew Cooper and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY. At Roger's request there will be a private memorial service at a later date.
