Rodney Carter, 55 of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Aug. 30, 2022 in the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Feb. 25, 1967, a son of the late Boyd Carter and Rosemary Howell Carter.

Surviving are one brother, Herbie (Cindy Baldridge) Carter of South Shore, Kentucky, sister, Mary Ann (Brad) Williamson of Tollesboro, Kentucky, nieces, Autum Rose (Chris Mitchell) Williamson and Brittany Nicole Baldridge, and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, South Shore. Visitation will be at the at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
