Robert E. Keen III, 56, of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 in Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, December 25, 1956, a son of the late Robert Keen and Phyllis Potter Spears. He was a 35 year member of the Pipe Fitters Local #577, Portsmouth, Ohio, A graduate of Greenup County High School in 1974. Was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by one sister, Kimberly Keen. Surviving are his wife, Jackie Michelle Keen of South Shore, Kentucky, three daughters, Ashley Keen of Gahanna, Ohio, Taylor Keen and Victoria Keen both of West Portsmouth, Ohio, Stepfather, Paul Spears of South Shore, Kentucky, two brothers, Randall "Linda" Keen of Ceredo, West Virginia and Rodney "Tina" Keen of South Shore, Kentucky and one grandson, Rowan Ellis Cutlip. Funeral services 11 A.M. Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with, Pastor Harold Dupuy, officiating. Burial will be in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Friday, September 13, 2013 and from 10 A.M. till the funeral hour on Saturday.
