Robert L. Green, 76 of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Nov. 23, 2013 in Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born Sept. 23, 1937 in Wrigley, Kentucky, a son of the late Emory Lee Green and Reba Fannin Green. He loved to spend time with his family, fish and watch Nascar races and was also a U.S. Army Veteran, attended the Sunshine United Methodist Church and retired from NARCO in South Shore, Kentucky. Surviving are his wife, Roberta Timberlake Green, one daughter, Debbie "Mike" Adkins of Portsmouth, Ohio, one sister, Rebecca Patterson of Greenup, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Andy and Ethan Nichols, Josh "Mickie" Adkins, one great grandchild, Connor Adkins. Funeral services 11 A.M. Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 at the Sunshine United Methodist Church with Rev. Leroy Fox and Rev. Kenny Fox, officiating. Burial will be in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Sunshine United Methodist Church from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M on Friday Nov. 29, 2013 and 9 A.M. till the funeral hour on Saturday.
