Rita Fannin Winters, 66, of South Shore, KY passed away Monday, November 18, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., on June 3, 1958, a daughter of the late Bert and Alta Sutton Fannin.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Stefanie Potter; two brothers, James Fannin and Paul Fannin.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her grandson, Josiah Pope; one sister, Betty Nichols; two brothers, Bobby Wallace, Harold Wallace and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

There will be no services at this time. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., are caring for arrangements.
