Rickie Garland Warnock, 68, of South Shore, KY., passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 at his residence. He was born January 5, 1956 in Portsmouth, OH., a son of the late James Willis Warnock I, and Bethel Liles Warnock.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by three sisters, Bobbi Ann, Tama Meadows and Mary Davis; two grandchildren, Michael Swords and Arista Cade.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 36 years whom he married on June 25, 1988, Tammy Pennington Warnock; three children, Rickie (Sarah) Warnock of Portsmouth, OH.,  Lyndsey (Zach) Morgan of North Carolina and Caleb (Elisabeth) Warnock of South Shore, KY; one brother, James Willis Warnock II of Portsmouth, OH; seven grandchildren, Lori Beth, Carrie, Amya, Kyle, Zariah, Rylie and Isaac; seven great-grandchildren and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Mike Queen officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Quincy, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour
