Rebecca Howell Polachek, 51 of Haverhill, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, June 23, 1970. Rebecca was a graduate the Wheelersburg High School and dearly loved being with her family and friends.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Polachek, grandmother, Lillian Saylor, father, Silas "Red" Howell, sister, Tamara Smith.

Rebecca is survived by many friends and family who will continue to miss her each and every day. Her love, loyalty and strength will forever remain Rebecca's main qualities.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky.
