Randolph (Randy) Salisbury SR., 77, of Firebrick, KY., passed away November 18, 2014 in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. He was born May 5, 1937 in Hunter Branch, KY., a son of the late Wayne Salisbury and Charlotte Caudill Salisbury. He was retired from J.M. Smuckers Factory where he worked as an operator. Randy is preceded in death by two sons Gary Salisbury and Larry Salisbury, one sister Carolyn Salisbury, two brothers Richard Salisbury and Barry Salisbury. Surviving are his wife Elfie Salisbury of Firebrick, KY., three sons Randy (Amy) Salisbury of South Shore, KY., Don Salisbury of Akron, OH., and Keith (Amy) Salisbury of Firebrick, KY., one daughter Vonnie (Brian) Pope of South Shore, KY., three brothers Oris Salisbury of Martin, KY., Emmitt Salisbury of South Shore, KY., and Mike Salisbury of Cincinnati, OH. Randy is also survived by ten sisters Sue VanHook, of Oklahoma City, OK., Bea Thompson of South Shore, KY., Rebecca Diller of South Shore, KY., Evelyn Norris of Powers, OR., Kate Robinson of Rittman, OH., Rita Brion of Akron, OH., Rhonda Simonton, of Rittman, OH., Teresa Griffith of Akron, OH., Renee Taylor of Woster, OH., and Elfie Salisbury of Kissmee, FL., eight grandchildren and one Great Grandchild. Funeral Services will be 2 P.M. Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Rev. Raymond Lewis, officiating. Burial will be in Salisbury Family Cemetery in Martin, KY., November 24, 2014. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and from 12 P.M. till the funeral hour on Sunday.
