Ralph D. Litteral, 71, of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away, Oct. 15, 2015 in South Shore Nursing and Rehab Center in South Shore, Kentucky. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, April 8, 1944, a son of the late Martin Luther Litteral and Mary Alice Riley Litteral, a graduate of South Portsmouth High School, 1963, Vietnam War Veteran serving in U.S. Army and a certified Welder. Preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Bradley Litteral, three sisters, Katherine Potter, Lorraine Sanders and Barbara Litteral, three brothers, Paul Litteral, Martin Luther Litteral Jr and David Litteral. Surviving are three sisters, Ruth Elsie Bays Lyons of Atlanta Georgia, Shirley Ann Clay of Mansfield, Ohio and Beatrice "Dottie" Lee Workman of South Portsmouth, Kentucky. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2015 at the South Shore First Church of the Nazarene in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. David Robirds and Rev. Norman Potter, officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Church from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015 and from 10 a.m. till the funeral hour on Monday.
