Phyllis Ann Murphy Picklesimer, 70, formerly of Lafollette, TN, resided at River Run Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin Furnace, OH, where she passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., on February 23, 1955, a daughter of the late Elliott and Monnie Stephenson Murphy.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Frank David Picklesimer, and one brother, Keith Murphy

Surviving are her siblings, Laura (Leon) Smith, Rosemary Burchett, Tresea Johnson, Kathy Murphy, Brenda (Ervin) Woods, Cheryl (Ron) Trippett, and Michael (Kim) Murphy; one son, Brian (Jessica) Picklesimer; three grandsons, Jacob (AnnaBelle), Bryson (Miranda), and Brandon; one great-granddaughter, Oakleigh Ann; ex-husband, Frank "Butch" Picklesimer and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

There will be a private family memorial service at a later date. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., is caring for arrangements.
