Phyllis Jean Howard, 85, of Minford, OH., passed away with her family by her side Friday, December 21, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH., She was born October 4, 1933 in New Boston, OH., a daughter of the late Gilbert Ray and Edna Crum Veach.

Phyllis was a caring lady, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by one son Andrew Steven Howard, one brother Robert Veach, two sisters Helen Wheeler and Joann Smith.

Left behind to cherish her memory are three daughters Becky (Victor) Colley of Minford, OH., Brenda (Bill) Arnett of Otway, OH., and Jamie (Mike) Rolfe of Warren, OH., one sister Mary (Ferris) Parker of Akron, OH., ten grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and several other nieces, nephews, family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Memorial services will be 11 A.M. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at South Webster Cemetery in South Webster, OH. Following the service friends and family are invited to the Sunshine Church of Christ in Minford, OH.
