Phillip D. Conn, 65, of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away May 27, 2014 in Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born Jan. 5, 1949 in South Portsmouth, Kentucky, a son of the late Joseph Sid Conn and Opal Mildred Jordan. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. Preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Issac and one brother, Bill Conn. Surviving are his wife Shari Conn, five daughters, Shari Rickett of Lucasville, Ohio, Sharon Renee Teeters of West Portsmouth, Ohio, Shelly Logan of, Waxhaw, North Carolina, Jodi Conn of Richmond, Kentucky, Michelle Ervin of Garrison, Kentucky , three sons, Chris Conn of Dayton, Ohio, Michael Conn of Richmond, Kentucky and Bobby Conn of Lancaster, South Carolina, fifteen grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, four sisters, Sylvia Conn Maddix, Ann Steele, Alice Issac, Josephine Lambert, three brothers, John Conn, Jack Conn and Richard Conn. Funeral services 1 P.M. Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church, 721 Main Street, South Shore, Kentucky with Brother Jeremy Teeters, officiating. Friends may call at the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church in South Shore, Kentucky from 6 P.M. till 8 P.M. on Friday, May 30, 2014 and from noon till the Funeral hour Saturday.
