Obituary
Peggy Jo Price, 85, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away Aug. 6, 2017 in Glasshouse Nursing Home in Argillite, Kentucky. She was born in Greenup County, Oct. 20, 1931, a daughter of the late Luther Burgess and Valerie Setser Burgess.
Preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Prise, 1982 and Vernon Darnell, 2008, daughter, Velma Nickel, son in law, Ray Nickel, sisters, Betty Ison, Wanda Hickman, brothers, Bud and Douglas Burgess.
Surviving are two brothers, William 'Bill' (Marlene) Burgess of Lloyd, Kentucky, Donald (Barbara) Burgess of Lexington, Kentucky, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Bob Sweeney, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 and one hour before services at 1 P.M. on Tuesday.
