Paul David Brown, 70, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away June 1, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born in Portsmouth, July 4, 1950, a son of Willie Brown and Edith Robertson Brown. Preceded in death besides his parents are his wife, Norma VanHorn Brown, and fifteen brothers and sisters. He is survived by two daughters, Rebecca (Jamie) Ratliff of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, Sydonna (Kelly) Cooley of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, three grandsons, Wyatt (Jordan) Ratliff of South Shore, Kentucky, Marcus (Alexis) Ratliff of Portsmouth, Virginia, and Blake Cooley of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, two great granddaughters, Ellie Ratliff, and Bryar Ratliff, and one remaining sister, Pauline Farley. Memorial services will be held at Roberson Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Sunday June 6, 2021. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
