Patricia Faye Gallaher, 75, of South Portsmouth, KY passed away, Oct, 20, 2021. She was born in South Portsmouth, KY, Feb. 2, 1946, a daughter of the late John Stephenson and Sylvia Harr Stephenson.

Preceded in death by one son, James Gallaher, one brother, Richard Stephenson, sisters, Bertha Roe, Donna Jean Gallaher.

Surviving are three daughters, May (Lee) Morris of Pinellas Park, FL, Ruth (Randy) Jones of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Debbie (Richard) Howell of PA, son, Howie (Tammy) Gallaher of Chillicothe, Ohio, brother, Johnny (Sally) Stephenson, thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY with Rev. Raymond Lewis, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Ky. Friends may call at the funeral Home from 2 p.m. till the service hour at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
