Patricia Ann Carver Norvise, 64 of Sebree, Kentucky passed away Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022 in Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, Kentucky. She was born May 5, 1958 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ernest and Analue Fishburn Carver.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Paul Carver, Richard (Dick) Carver, Robert Carver and infant brother, Thomas Brown, one sister, Faye Carver Trueblood.

Surviving are her sons, Roy Ballard of South Carolina, Mike Ballard (Michelle) of Anderson, Indiana, Jeb (Kellie) Ballard of Anderson, Indiana, brothers, Bill (Cindy) Carver of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Ernest "Junior" (Molly) Carver of West Portsmouth, Ohio, sister in law, Robin Carver of South Shore, Kentucky and Pat Carver of West Portsmouth, Ohio, Special friend, Billy Simms of Sebree, Kentucky. Also surviving are six grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Burial will be at the Scioto Burial Park in McDermott, Ohio at the convenience of the family.
