Norma E. Evans, 85, of South Portsmouth, Kentucky went to be with her Lord, Dec. 18, 2017 in SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Fullerton, Kentucky,  Feb. 28, 1932, a daughter of the late Robert Roe and Fannie Virgin Roe. Norma was a member of the Antioch United Baptist Church in South Portsmouth, Kentucky and like to deal in Herb's, loved to cook and she loved her Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Evans, June 10, 2014, two brothers, George "Boyd" Roe, Leonard Roe, four sisters, Euradail Morman, Pauline Adrian, Tempa Burden and Wanda Cunning.

Surviving are two sons, Roger (Judy) Evans of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, Keith (Cindy) Evans of West Portsmouth, Ohio, one daughter, Norita "Rita" (Jim) Stith of South Shore, Kentucky, one brother, Paul "David" Roe of Springfield, Ohio, two sisters, Lucille Mack of West Portsmouth, Ohio and Linda Roe of New Orleans, LA, seven grandchildren and seventeen great grand-children.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, Dec. 22, 2017 at the Antioch United Baptist Church in South Portsmouth, Kentucky with Elders, Clayon Oliver, and Marshall Oliver, officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens, South Portsmouth, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017 and from 10 A.M. till the Funeral hour on Friday at the Church.
