Milford Hunt, 83, of South Shore, KY, went to be with his Lord on Monday, April 13, 2026, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in South Shore, KY, on October 5, 1942, a son of the late Otto and Minnie Craycraft Hunt.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Hunt; three sisters, Marlene, Carrie, and Leona; four brothers, Wade, Dave, Maynard, Earl, and Homer Hunt; one great-granddaughter; and one step-son, David Collier.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra Johnson Collier; three daughters, LaAnita Hunt of Russell, KY, Renee (Mike) Frederick of Georgetown, KY, and Patricia (Roy) Craft of Greenup, KY; three step-daughters, Tammy (Ron) Evans of West Portsmouth, OH, Jennifer (Brent) Martin of Lloyd, KY, and Erin Collier of South Shore, KY; one step-daughter-in-law, Greta Collier of Frederick, MD; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be at 1 P.M. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Bernie Parsons officiating. Burial will follow at Quillen Cemetery in Greenup, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
