Mildred Ann Ratcliff, 72, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Aug. 8, 2018 in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, March 25, 1946, a daughter of the late Joseph Bell and Betty Joan Scott Bell.

Preceded in death by her husband, Jennings B. Ratcliff and life partner, Elzie Rhoden.

Surviving are two grandsons, Jeremy D. Horton and Joshua B. Horton both of West Portsmouth, Ohio, one brother, Joseph Buddy Bell off Indiana, one aunt, Lillian Green of Columbus, Ohio and one great grandson, Isaiah D. Horton.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, Aug. 13, 2018 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Norman Potter, officiating. Burial will follow in Rhoden Cemetery, Garrison, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 A.M. till the Funeral hour at 1 P.M. on Monday.
