Michael Cory Branham, 28, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away May 18, 2015 in Catlettsburg, Kentucky. He was born in Ashland, Kentucky Nov. 15, 1986, a son of Michael Thomas Branham and Melinda Baker Askins, a member of Carpenters Local of New York City, New York and a United States Marine Corp. Veteran. Surviving are his father, Michael Thomas Branham, step mother, Brandy Potter Branham both of South Shore, Kentucky, mother, Melinda Rogers Askins, step father, William Askins both of Zuni, Virginia, one brother, Cody Branham of South Shore, Kentucky, two sisters, Laiken VanBibber of South Shore, Kentucky, Taylor Rogers of Zuni, Virginia, grandmothers, Connie Swaney of Portsmouth, Ohio and Donna Hilbert of South Shore, Kentucky, aunts and uncles, Tim "Jessica" Branham, Lisa Grayson, Steve "Sandy" Branham, Bill "Samantha" Branham, Allen "Kathie" Branham, Roxann Perry, Mark Baker, Donny Jenkins, Amy Bryan and Gary Potter. Preceded in death by a grandmother, Glenna Mullins, grandfather W.A. Branham. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth Potter, officiating. Burial will follow in MT.
