Matthew Lyons, 63, of South Shore, KY, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Portsmouth, OH, on November 26, 1962, a son of the late Glenn Sr and Mildred Bays Lyons.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Lyons JR.

Left behind to cherish his memory are two daughters, Heather Lyons of Olive Hill, KY, and Autumn Lyons of Portsmouth, OH; two sisters, Debra Roe of Hillsboro, OH, and Rebecca Lyons of Wheelersburg, OH; one brother, Joe Lyons of South Shore, KY; nine grandchildren, and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6 P.M. on Monday, March 2, 2026, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Chris Fannin officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday at the funeral home from 4 P.M. until 6 P.M. At Matthew's request, there will be a private inurnment.
