Mary Lumpkins, 60, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away, April 9, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Fullerton, Kentucky, Nov. 10, 1960. A daughter of the late James W. Kelley and Mildred Louise Hunter.

Preceded in death besides her parents are her husband, Bob Lumpkins, 2009, one son, Terry Lumpkins, one sister, Martha Kelley.

Surviving are one son, Michael (Renee) Kelley of McDermott, Ohio, one daughter, June (Sean) Weaver-Allard of Portsmouth, Ohio and several step children, one brother, Matthew (Sheila) Kelley of South Shore, Kentucky, grandchildren, RJ Hayes, Jacob Hayes, Allison Allard, Savannah Rogers, Cheyanne Rogers and several step grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth W. Potter, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery in South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Due to Covid restrictions face mask and social distancing are required.
