Mary (Barber) Blankenship, 68, of South Shore, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord Friday September 13, 2024,  at her residence in South Shore, Kentucky. She was born in Berlin, Germany, on March 28, 1956, a daughter of the late Jim Barber and Ursula (Burschner) Barber.

Mary was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Homemaker.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her Husband Stephen Blankenship.

Left behind to cherish her memory are three sons, Anthony Dickerson of South Shore, Kentucky, Eric (Amanda Clarke) Blankenship of South Shore, Kentucky, Nathan (Stephanie) Blankenship of Greenup, Kentucky, 3 grandchildren, Jason, Gavin and Luke Blankenship, and 1 great grandchild on the way. One sister Tina (Mike) Watts, of Virginia, and 1 brother Jimmy (Lois) Barber of North Carolina, and several other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral will be officiated by Larry Barker JR., services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY. The Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the time of service.
