Marvin Edwin Maynard, 81, of Lloyd, Kentucky passed away May 10, 2013 at his residence. He was born June 25, 1931 a son of the late Fred Maynard and Lucille "Blankenship" Maynard. He was retired from Martin Marietta and a member of the Lloyd First Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife Judy "Spriggs " Maynard whom he Married April 10, 1964 , three sons Michael "Jennie" Maynard of Newark, Ohio, Fred "Traci" Maynard of Leander, Texas, Daniel "Tonya" Maynard of Greenup, Kentucky, and one daughter Annette Munkachy of Thornville, Ohio. Also one brother Landon Maynard of Greenup, Kentucky, one sister Mida Stump of Milford, Ohio, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Lloyd First Baptist Church in Lloyd, Kentucky with Rev. Jim Yates, officiating. Burial will be at  Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky from 6 P.M till 8 P.M. Monday, May 13, 2013 and from 1 P.M. till the funeral hour on Tuesday at Lloyd First Baptist Church.
