Martha Jane Moore, 85, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away, Feb. 8, 2016 in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Pilgram, Kentucky, July 16, 1930, a daughter of the late Samuel Muncy and Tamsey Preece Muncy, a member of the Antioch United Baptist Church, enjoyed cooking and cleaning house. Preceded in death by four sisters, five brothers, and one grandson, Joseph Moore. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, Lenard Moore, three sons, Lenard (Ernestine) Moore Jr, Terry (Debbie) Moore, Larry (Cheryl) Moore all of South Shore, Kentucky, one sister, Winnie Muncy of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Robert (Sharon) Moore, Kelly (Donnie) Nolen, Emily (Chris) Morgan, Ryan (Tara) Moore and Russell (Anna) Moore, seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Brothers, A.J. Williams, Clayton Oliver and Marshall Oliver, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 and from 10 A.M. till the funeral hour on Saturday.
