Lynn Nickels, 70, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away surrounded by her family on Sept. 5, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Feb. 26, 1952, a daughter of the late Talmage Nickels and Anna Aldridge Nickels.

Preceded in death besides her parents are three brothers, Douglas Nickels, Kenneth Nickels and Jerry Nickels, one sister, Sharon Kay Nickels.

Surviving are two daughters, Kathy Ann (Neil) Workman of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Melissa (Donnie Mills ) Cummings of Lucasville, Ohio, son, Jesse (Airrel Wiseman) Stapleton Jr. of South Shore, Kentucky, grandchildren, Cody (Stephanie) Jordan, Kendra (Sam Butterbaugh) Jordan, Colton Cummings, great grandchildren, Bentley and Maverick Jordan, Abel and Rhetley Lambert, brother, Rick (Shelley) Nickels of South Shore, sisters, Cathy (Mike) Erwin of South Shore, Tracy (Brent Dickison) Nickels of South Shore, Becky Drake of South Shore and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022 at the Roberson funeral home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rick Nickels, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 till 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
