Obituary
Lula Belle Baxter, 75, of Circleville, Ohio, passed away March 17, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Greenup County, Kentucky June 26, 1941, a daughter of the late Nick Spencer and Maude Burton Spencer. Lula was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Preceded in death by one son, Robert Baxter, two brothers, Jess Spencer and William Spencer.
Surviving are two sons, Mark Lyons of Ingleside, Texas and Billy Lyons of South Shore, Kentucky, two daughters, Gloria Galvan of Circleville, Ohio and Judy Lyons of South Shore, Kentucky, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Pastor Gary Newman, officiating. Burial will follow in Lyons Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 A.M. till the Funeral hour at 1 P.M. on Tuesday.
