Obituary
Lowell Douglas Lewis, 74, of Firebrick, Kentucky passed away June 18, 2017 in Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Firebrick,Kentucky, Oct. 7, 1942, a son of the late Fredrick Lewis and Grace Felty Lewis. Doug was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Vietnam War and a retired foreman from Kentucky and Ohio Transportation Coal Dock, South Shore, Kentucky.
Preceded in death by one sister, Angelia VanBibber, three brothers, Paul Lewis, Bobby Lewis and Dale Lewis.
Surviving are one brother, Troy Lewis of Firebrick, Kentucky.
There will be no services at this time. Arrangements under direction of the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky.
