Linda Kay Johnson, 72, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Dec. 27, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Letitia, Kentucky Sept. 8, 1944, a daughter of the late Albert Lybrook and Nida Hardin Lybrook. She was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by one brother and sister, Charles Lybrook and Eva Allard.
Surviving are her husband, Mike Johnson, four sons, Bary (Mary) Hardin of Garrison, Kentucky, Eric (Bobby) Hardin-Miller of Proctorville, Ohio, Roger Hardin of South Shore, Kentucky, Shannon (Cathy) Johnson of Wurtland, Kentucky , three daughters, Sonja (Andy) Davis of South Webster, Ohio, Becky (Steve) Tolliver of Greenup, Kentucky, Ellen (Tom) Colley of Lloyd, Kentucky, one brother, Jeff Lybrook of South Shore, Kentucky, two sisters, Claudette Wright of South Shore, Kentucky and Sharon Sutterfield of Portsmouth, Ohio, twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, Dec. 30, 2016 at the Roberson Funeral Home In South Shore, Kentucky with Pastor Gary Howell, officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 and from 12 A.M. till the funeral hour on Friday.
