Lawrence Reynolds, 92 of South Shore, Kentucky passed away October 5, 2013 at the residence of his step daughter. He was born in Cave City, Kentucky, January 30, 1921, a son of the late Henry and Asthore Smith Reynolds. Retired from the United States Army after serving in World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War, also retired from Archem of Portsmouth, Ohio and attended the Sandhill Church of Christ where he was a elder and a member of the James L. Flannery American Legion Post #276. Preceded in death by his wives, Edna Clorx Reynolds, Dec. 1995, Pearl Collins Reynolds, March 2000 and Ruby Robinson Reynolds, Dec. 2003, one daughter, Brenda Simpson, one son, Larry Reynolds and one brother, John Reynolds. Surviving are two sons, Roger Reynolds of Patrick, Ohio, Ronnie Reynolds of Georgetown, Indiana, one daughter, Kellie Smith of Charlotte, North Carolina and one step daughter, Phyllis Langley of South Shore, Kentucky, one sister, Willida Hundnall of Miamisburg, Ohio, one brother Robert Reynolds of Auburn, Kentucky, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services 2 P.M. Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the Sandhill Church of Christ with Minister Don Seevers, officiating. Burial will be in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call from 10 A.M. till the Funeral hour at 2 P.M. on Tuesday at the church. Military Graveside services by James L. Flannery American Legion Post # 276.
