Larry W. Ervin, 68 of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away Sept. 12, 2020 in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Nov. 17, 1951, a son of the late Charles Clayton Ervin and Marjorie Burris. Larry was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Preceded in death besides his parents are one son, Larry Kyle Ervin.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia Holsinger Ervin, three sons, Jesse Ervin of South Shore, KY, Bret Cody Ervin of Rosemount, Ohio and Christopher Wayne Ervin of South Shore, KY, two brothers, Gary Lee (Robin) Ervin of Garrison, KY, Stephen Ervin of Garrison, KY, one sister, Sharon Ervin of Garrison, KY, one grandson, Zane Ervin and a host of family and friends that will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Brother Terry Cooper, officiating. Burial will follow in Waring Cemetery, Garrison, KY. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. till the service hour at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
