Kathy Elaine Hunt, 59, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Dec. 20, 2022 in the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Portsmouth, Aug. 2, 1963, a daughter of the late Cecil and Catherine Meadows Jordan.

Preceded death by one niece and nephew, Cecilia Spencer and Greg Jordan.

Surviving are her husband, Ronnie Hunt, daughter, Taimar Hunt of South Shore, KY, step daughter, Valerie Ruark of West Portsmouth, Oh, two she raised as her own, April Jordan and Rodney Jordan, brothers, Rocky (Robin) Jordan of South Shore, Jim (Lynn) Jordan of South Shore, sister, Deb Jordan of South Shore, Ky, grandchildren, Nora Jade, Emily Dawn, Ethan and Issac Ruark and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends that will miss her.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, 2022 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth W. Potter, officiating. Burial will follow at the Harr Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Friday.
