Kathleen Tolliver Allen, 95, of Lloyd, Kentucky, went to be with her Lord, Friday, May 10, 2013. She was born January 25, 1918 in Trinity, Kentucky, a daughter of the late, Allie Tolliver and Adah "Barker" Tolliver. She was a retired Post Master of the Lloyd Post Office. She also was a member of the First Lloyd Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Pearl E. Allen July 12, 1998, also a daughter, Carol J. Allen, and a great granddaughter, Regan Leigh Arnold, two brothers, Alfred Tolliver and Garrett Tolliver. She is survived by her daughter, Lois Ann "Paul E. " Arnold of Lloyd, Kentucky, two grandsons, Paul E. Arnold, Jr. of Russell, Kentucky and David A. Arnold of Wheelersburg, Ohio, four great grandchildren, Landon, Blake, Raegan, and Colson. Also surviving are five sisters, Marcella Osborne of Columbus, Ohio, Van Clausing and Betty Lodwick both of Portsmouth, Ohio, Jenny Christman of McCormick, South Carolina and Phyllis Sexton of Harrison, Ohio, three brothers, Frank Tolliver of Phoenix, Arizona, Bill Tolliver of Huron, Ohio and Larry Tolliver of Portsmouth, Ohio. Funeral services 1 P.M. Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel in South Shore, Kentucky, with Rev. Jim Yates, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 12 P.M. till the funeral hour on Monday.
